Our Promise To You:
With your support, we will always strive to do more for our staff, patients, and their families.
Our commitment to you:
It is only through the kindness, generosity and hard work of you, our supporters, fundraising for us that we are able to do more every year to align ourselves with the Trust’s Strategy and Vision.
We are committed to making you proud to support our Charity and adhering to an open and honest relationship with you.
We promise to…
- Keep you informed and updated about how we are spending your money, with specific emphasis on our four priority areas:
- Additional facilities and an improved environment
- Additional equipment that can make a real difference to patient care
- Opportunities for staff training
- Opportunities to further medical knowledge through research
- We will share our Charity newsletters and annual reports with you.
- Be open and honest with you. We will listen to you, we will always be approachable, we will improve where we can, and if we mess up, we will take full responsibility!
- Give you the choice about how we contact you and what we contact you about.
- Be responsive if you have any questions about the data we hold on you or how we communicate with you. Please feel free to contact our Charity Team.
- Continue delivering high standards, and will adhere to the Fundraising Regulator Promise.
- Not purchase or sell data from third party suppliers. We will only use third party suppliers that we trust and that we can monitor closely. All of our fundraisers will display their Fundraising Regulator Badges so you know you can trust them.
- Respect you as a person or organisation and your wishes. If you choose to cease giving to us, we will appreciate your support and make this process as easy as possible. But we will also welcome you back with open arms!
Finally, we would like to say thank you. Without your help, we simply would not be able to enhance the experience of our staff, patients, and their families.
